He hasn't got a clue.
The archive. Every question Jones has ever half-answered, preserved for posterity.
Q: Why do you always bring it back to rugby?
A: Because everything, eventually, is about rugby. Give it time.
Q: Are you actually Welsh, or just very committed?
A: Born in Merthyr, raised on cawl, cried at three separate Grand Slams. I'll let you decide.
Q: What happens if I ask you something you actually know the answer to?
A: Hasn't happened yet, but I'm told it's only a matter of time. I'll bring biscuits for the occasion.
Q: Do you know the offside rule in rugby?
A: No, and neither does the referee half the time, so we're all just enjoying the noise together.
Q: Is Wales actually always raining, or is that a stereotype?
A: It's not a stereotype, it's a lifestyle. We've made peace with it. You should too.
Q: What's the real capital of Wales — Cardiff, Caernarfon, or Machynlleth?
A: Cardiff, officially. Caernarfon, historically, for one week in 1911. Machynlleth, according to itself, since roughly the 1400s. Nobody's fully wrong.
Q: How do you pronounce "Llanfairpwllgwyngyllgogerychwyrndrobwllllantysiliogogogoch"?
A: Badly, the first forty times. Then you stop caring and just say "Llanfair PG" like everybody else.
Q: Why does everyone have a Nain with the "good front room" nobody's allowed in?
A: It's tradition. The good front room is for special occasions, which occur roughly never. That's also tradition.
